Biography
Veronica Nguyen has been with Hingham Dentistry as our office manager since 2011. She started working here while in high school offering office support until she left for college. Veronica attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology.
When Veronica returned home, she was asked again to “help out a little bit” at Hingham Dentistry, and she simply never left. Over the years, she has grown into her role and taken on more responsibility, and she feels thankful every day for such a rewarding career opportunity.
Veronica loves a challenge, and her goal is making possible what seems impossible. Every day she finds solutions that work for both our patients and her colleagues. This includes using her skills and knowledge of insurance benefits to get tough treatment cases approved. Veronica takes pride in her ability to clearly explain the importance of a recommended procedure, and her aim is to help patients understand how it will benefit them to pursue it.
Veronica feels the Hingham Dentistry staff does wonders with patient care and is proud to be part of such a talented, caring team. One of the best parts of her job is watching a patient’s smile evolve through treatment and seeing the happiness on his or her face when a transformed smile is achieved.
Veronica was born and raised in nearby Hull, MA, where she currently resides. Outside of work, Veronica likes to spend time with her friends and her dog, Mr. Wilson. Veronica also enjoys outdoor activities, like hiking, and hopes to one day complete the “48 over 4000” in New Hampshire. A foodie at heart, Veronica enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines in the Boston area. She also loves to cook and bake, much to the benefit of the Hingham Dentistry team. They are usually the lucky taste-testers whenever she tries out new recipes.
