Nothing gets scheduled before you understand it.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so we can complete paperwork and give you a brief tour of the office. Your first appointment usually takes 60 to 90 minutes.
Complete your new patient forms online before your visit, or fill them out when you arrive. Either way, we leave enough time to understand your history before planning care.
Please ask your previous dentist to send recent digital X-rays to us before your appointment when applicable. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first consultation.
What to bring

What we'll do

Time to talk
Time set aside to discuss your goals, concerns, and any questions before any treatment is planned.
A clear plan
A written treatment recommendation with options, timing, and a clear cost estimate.
Fill out your forms online, before you arrive.
Both forms are online and take about 10 minutes each. Trouble accessing them? Call us at (781) 740-0100 and we'll help.
Dental pain should not wait.
If you are experiencing tooth pain, swelling, a knocked-out tooth, or trauma to your mouth, call our office right away. We do our best to see urgent patients the same day. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
During business hours, a front desk team member will guide you. After hours, call the same number and leave a message so the on-call team can respond. Same-day visits may require flexibility while we care for patients with existing appointments.

In network with two leading plans.
We are in network with Delta Dental and BlueCross BlueShield. We also accept most other plans and submit each claim for you.
Whoever your provider is, we estimate your out-of-pocket cost before treatment. That figure is an estimate, since we cannot guarantee what your insurance will ultimately cover.
- Delta Dental
- BlueCross BlueShield
We also welcome most out-of-network plans. Many still cover a meaningful portion of your care, and we handle the claim paperwork for you.
Call with your plan details, and our staff will explain what we can verify before treatment.
